Return Policy

Almost all items are eligible for return, see exceptions and rules below:

Return Eligibility Requirements

Items must be returned unused and unwashed, as well as being smoke, deodorant, makeup and damage free.
Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact.
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box should be placed in another box to avoid damage during shipping
Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee may range from $ 5 to $ 25 depending on the original purchase price of the shoes).
Special items will not be accepted for return. Articles in particular meet one of the following criteria:
Intimates (i.e., self-adhesive bras) and jewelry.
Any item marked at a discount at the time of sale.
Gift cards.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to make a return

Exchange:
We are unable to provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed, we encourage the customer to reorder the necessary items and return the other items.
Refund:
You must have a postage stamp within 14 days of the original order date.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. By using a label provided through our return portal, the customer agrees that the cost of shipping will be withheld from their refund.
The merchandise purchased with a gift card will be refunded to the gift card to be used again.
Return for store credit:
All returns can be requested as store credit (Gift Card)
When sending a return by mail:
Make sure your items are packed securely! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during your return to our warehouse!
Please provide the original receipt or include a sheet of paper with your name and order number on the package.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and an email will be sent to you when we process your return.
Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to an inventory restocking fee (this restocking fee may range from $ 3 to $ 25 depending on the original purchase price of the item or items).
